Creno's Pizza at 500 South Main Street b, Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Ordered lg pizza. Looked smaller than the pizza I ordered 2 weeks ago so I called and was informed the lg is basically a med pizza. They have sm, lg and extra lg. Now why wouldn't you just call a med pizza a med pizza??? I will take my business elsewhere.

We ordered from here today, to have delivery to our daughters work since the weather was bad and she didnt have lunch. Now while I understand the weather was bad so that can explain why it was 30 minutes late. We called at 11am and asked for delivery close to 12:10 (again we understand the weather was bad, but we called an hour before we even needed it.) The lady who took the order asked to call us back because she was getting backed up on orders, and had to ask other employees if she could take a payment over the phone. When it finally got there late, it was burnt, cold, and they delivered the wrong drink. When I tried to call about this issue they just offered me some lame excuse about a female driver ( when the actual person who delivered was a male. They did offer me $$ off my next order. Thanks but no thanks.
