I had the best experience with Sprint in Mount Vernon!! Dylan Hess helped me get a working phone after being told by other sprint offices and on the phone that I could not be helped! he was patience with explaining the process, making sure I knew the phone, talked to my 16 year old in a respectful manner. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was without a phone for ONE WEEK! ONE WEEK IS A LIFETIME IN 2017 TO BE WITHOUT A PHONE!!! He apologized for the inconvenience of being told the wrong information but the Mount Vernon team always comes through when I am asking for help with my phone. I should know never try anywhere else! Thank you Dylan and Brandon you both are exceptional and to go above to make sure your customers are 110% taken care of, could not ask for better!!
